Introduction

At BigBrainVision, accessible from our browser extension, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by BigBrainVision and how we use it.

Information Collection and Use

BigBrainVision is a browser extension that is only active on twitter.com and x.com. It parses tweets/posts from the timeline as the user scrolls, and sends them to OpenAI's LLM API to match them against a list of prediction markets, crypto tickers, and stock tickers.

Users can parse up to 500 tweets/posts. To process more, users must purchase additional capacity, requiring them to submit email and payment information, which will be stored on Stripe's servers. No other user information is stored on BigBrainVision's servers.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

BigBrainVision does not share any personal information with third-parties, except for email and payment information provided during the purchase process, which is securely managed and stored by Stripe, our payment processing partner.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

BigBrainVision does not use cookies directly. However, our payment processor, Stripe, may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance the payment experience and secure transactions.

Data Security

We prioritize the security of your data. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

User Rights

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information stored by Stripe, in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy and applicable laws.

Children’s Privacy

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
